An Economics Graduate, Marni began her career as a Manager at Country Road Clothing. Working on Change Management projects and CRM pilot programs, it was there that her passion for business coaching and management training began and before long she found herself completing Graduate studies in Management. Her love of teaching saw her career take a turn as she began working for Registered Training Organisations, both in public and private sectors, when she began her studies in Adult Education. Demand for her expertise in Executive Education grew and by 2006 she began working in at Monash University and at the Australian Institute of Management and had also created her own consultancy to be able to work more closely with companies, assisting them in achieving their organisational goals.

Marni’s passion has always been management and her expertise spans the many disciplines of modern business such as People Management, Merchandise Planning, Strategic Planning, Finance, Supply Chain, Negotiation and Communication, Customer Service, Marketing, Consumer Trend, Change and Social Media. Marni helps organisations to build capability in these areas by coaching individuals, developing and delivering executive education training programs, and by hosting international study tours.



Because Marni has worked across public and private sectors, between both education and industry, she understands that there can often be a great divide between academia and business. Marni bridges this gap through use of robust yet simple theory and frameworks, which can be easily and directly applied to business in the work place. Marni’s unusual affinity for working with both ‘people’ and ‘financial’ subjects means that she has a whole business focus. Her vast management experience ensures a very passionate approach and a practical, results orientation.
